高精度单片机数据采集系统 摘 要 系统用来采集过程操作数据，并将数据存放于辅助存储器中作以后分析用 不同类型的输入信号，采集系统的电路机构大不相同。本文所介绍的数据采集系 统其采集对象主要针对模拟量信号，主要特点是限于慢变量低频信号范围， 侧重点是高精度单片机的数据采集系统的设计所涉及的相关问题。本系统以 8031单片机为核心，因8031本身不含程序存储器，所以用2732A芯片进行扩展， EA 应接低电平。系统工作时，首先通过散转程序对键盘进行扫描并按不同的键 进行信号单次、连续采集和打印等。采集到的模拟量信号通过5G14433A/D转换 器转换成数字量再送8031单片机进行处理和显示，或送打印机打印，采用5G1403 精密电源作为参考电压源。系统中以8255A作为扩展口进行六位七段LED 显示 器及PP4O打印机的控制 PA 口和PB 口是作为输出口，PC为输入口 关键词 数据采集，8031 单片机，5G14433A/D 转换器， I ABSTRACT The system is used for catching the process working data. To boot, it is putting the data in the assistant memory for analysis. Di erent portrait importation signals, and di erent circuit design in date collection system. In this article, the main target is mock amount signal in the collection system. The major flavor is the range of local the slow variety amount, slow frequency signal. It emphasis the data collection design problem about the high precision chip microcomputer .the system makes the 8031chip microcomputer for core, because the 8031chip microcomputer doesn’t include procedure memory, making the 2732A marching spreading. EA should splice the low voltage, when the system is working, first, blasting the keyboard through the conversion procedure, to boot, blasting the di erent key to pick the signals(single or sequence)and print, and so on. The dual integrating 5G14433A/Dconverter changes the picked mock amount signal into digital amount, then they are marching to process and show through the 8031 chip microcomputer, or by the 5G14433accurate voltage is used for referring voltage.
