毕 业 论 文 （封面） 题 目 中药玉屏风不同配伍中有效成分研究 姓 名 专 业 学 号 指 导 教 师 ___________________ 宁 波 大 学 成 人 教 育 学 院 2018年 12月 24日 摘 要：中药玉屏风是我国中医中“固表补气”的经典方药，已经被《中华人民共和国药典》收录，并在目前实际生活中被广泛使用，同时还是国家基本中成药。对中药玉屏风不同配伍中的有效成分研究，有利于我们对这一种药的更好的认识和更合理的使用。在研究中，我们建立了针对不同的配伍比例下玉屏风的有效成分的水提取和乙醇的提取方法，并采用紫外分光光度法等方法对其主要的成分进行测定。在所实验的药方中，总多糖的含量最高，其次为总黄酮、总氨基酸，总皂苷的含量最低。有效成分在不同的配伍中，含量和比例也有所不同。 本文主要研究中药玉屏风不同配伍中有限成分，首先介绍了研究现状和研究的意义，然后测定玉屏风不同配伍比例中的有效成分的含量，最后经过讨论得出结论，通过改进工艺，可以从药渣中分理处大量的有效成分，这对中药材的充分利用有着巨大的帮助作用。 关键词：中药；玉屏风；配伍；有效成分 Abstract Yupingfeng is Chinese medicine solid table Qi of classical prescription, has been included in the Pharmacopoeia of the peoples Republic of China and in the real life are widely used, simultaneously the national basic medicine. Study on the effective components in different combinations of Yupingfeng of traditional Chinese medicine is conducive to our better understanding and more rational use of this kind of medicine. In the study, we established the water extraction and ethanol extraction methods for the effective components of Yupingfeng under different compatibility ratio, and the main components were determined by UV spectrophotometry and other methods. In the prescription of the experiment, the content of total polysaccharide was the highest, followed by the total flavonoids, total amino acid, the content of total saponins was the lowest. The content and proportion of effective components in different combinations are also different.
