Two radiologists confused this lesion with a neuroendocrine tumor. 鉴别诊断 粘液性囊腺瘤 几乎均发生于女性 约95%位于胰体尾部 典型表现——大囊（平均8-10cm）、厚壁、壁结节，少数伴钙化 如病变位于胰头、呈分叶状寡囊结构，囊壁无强化，提示SCN。 结节：真皮或皮下组织局限性、实质性损害，大小不一、触之较硬，可由1皮下组织炎症、2血管性炎症、3代谢产物沉积、4寄生虫、5肿瘤等引起。 *
