EB病 IgM、IgG及DNA检测在儿童呼吸道感染性疾病中 的诊断价值分析 胡忠昌;丁小霞;梅诗胜 【摘要】Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of EBV‐IgM ,IgG and EBV‐DNA in children with respiratory tract infec‐tion .Methods A total of 400 children with respiratory tract infection were chosen as study group ,and 100 hospitalized children with no respiratory infection were chosen as control group .The EBV‐IgM and IgG were analyzed by Enzyme‐ linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) ,and the EBV‐DNA were analyzed by fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ‐PCR) .The positive rate of EBV‐IgM ,IgG and EBV‐DNA were compared between two groups ,the diagnostic value of these three indicators were ana‐ lyzed .Results In study group ,the positive rate of EBV‐IgM ,EBV‐IgG and EBV‐DNA was 51 .00% ,58 .50% and 56 .25% ,respec‐tively .In control group ,the positive rate of EBV‐IgM ,EBV‐IgG and EBV‐DNA was 4 .00% ,11 .00% and 5 .00% ,respectively .The differences of EBV‐IgM ,EBV‐ IgG and EBV‐DNA between two groups had statistical significance (P 0 .05) .The sensitivity of EBV‐IgM was 51 .00% ,the specificity was 96 .00% and the area under curve (AUC) was 0 .617 .In addition ,the sensitivity of EBV‐IgG was 58 .50% ,the specificity was 89 .00% and the AUC was 0 .583 .The sensitivity of EBV‐DNA was 56 .25% ,the speci‐ficity was 95 .00% and the AUC was 0 .642 .Conclusion EBV‐IgM ,IgG and EBV‐DNA have diagnostic value in the diagnosis of children with respiratory tract infection .%目的：分析 EB 病毒（EBV ）IgM、IgG 及 EBV‐DNA 在儿童呼吸道 感染性疾病中的诊断价值。方法选取 400 例呼吸道感染患儿作为观察组，100 例 非呼吸道感染住院患儿作为对照组，采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA ）检测患儿的 EBV‐IgM 和 IgG ，荧光定量PCR （FQ‐PCR）检测病毒DNA。比较观察组和对 照组患儿的 EBV‐IgM、IgG 及 EBV‐DNA 阳性率，评价不同指标的诊断价值。结 果观察组患儿 EBV‐IgM 阳性率 51 ．00％，EBV‐IgG 阳性率 58 ．50％，EBV‐ DNA 阳性率 56 ．25％；对照组患儿 EBV‐IgM 阳性率 4 ．00％，EBV‐IgG 阳性 率 11 ．00％，EBV‐DNA 阳性率 5 ．00％，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0 ．05 ）。 EBV‐IgM 灵敏度 51 ．00％，特异度 96 ．00％，曲线下面积 0 ．617 ；EBV‐IgG 灵敏度 58 ．50％，特异度 89 ．00％，曲线下面积 0 ．583 ；EBV‐DNA灵敏度 56 ．
