乡村振兴战略下农民教育的发展改革：基于卢作孚农民教育与实验的现代启示 专业：公共事业管理 2014级1班 指导教师： 【摘要】教育事业是一切事业发展的本质基础，是国家发展的根本大计。农村教育是中国教育事业的重要组成部分，其发展关乎我国人民精神面貌和文化素养的提高，并且关系我国教育事业的未来走向和综合国力的发展。2018年2月4日，我党发布了《中共中央国务院关于实施乡村振兴战略的意见》，对实施乡村振兴战略进行了全面部署。这是我国改革开放以来的第20个、新世纪以来的第15个指导“三农”工作的中央一号文件。要实现乡村振兴的战略目标，必须先补足短板，优先发展农村教育事业，才能振兴农村。为了贯彻我党的乡村振兴战略，必须要充分重视农民教育问题并进行教育改革，探索农村新型教育模式。本文以卢作孚先生农民教育理念对当今的启示为基础，进一步探究如何教育农民，如何服务农村，如何推动农村现代化建设等相关问题。 【关键词】 卢作孚 农民教育 教育实践 现代化 The modern enlightenment of the thought and experiment of the farmer education of lu Zuofu: a reflection on the strategy of rural rejuvenation Class 1,Grade 2014, public management Dept： Supervisor： 【Abstract】Education is the essential foundation for the development of all undertakings and the fundamental plan for the development of the country.
