护理干预对社区糖尿病病人遵医行为效果的观察
摘要
目的：分析并研究社区护理干预对糖尿病患者遵医行为和生活质量的具体影响。方法：选取某院2014年11月至2015年11月收治的78例糖尿病患者作为研究对象，在患者知情同意下由临床医师采取等距随机抽样法分为观察组和对照组各39例。对照组患者采取常规健康教育与护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上采用社区护理干预。对比两组患者的遵医行为和生活质量。结果：观察组患者饮食、服药、复查、自我监测、运动等方面的遵医率均明显高于对照组；观察组患者躯体能力、社会能力、精神健康、情感职能等多方面生活质量均明显优于对照组。两组差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对糖尿病患者采取良好的社区护理干预，能够显著提高患者的遵医率，以及患者的生活质量，具有临床应用并推广的价值。? 中国论文网 【关键词】社区护理干预；糖尿病；遵医行为；生活质量?
Abstract
Objective: to analyze and study the influence of community nursing intervention on compliance behavior and quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: 78 cases of diabetic patients in a hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 as the object of study, in patients with informed consent by clinicians take isometric random sampling method were divided into observation group and control group of 39 cases. The patients in the control group received routine health education and nursing care, while the observation group received community nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The medical compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: Patients with diet, medication review, self monitoring, sports and other aspects of the compliance rate were significantly higher than the control group; the observation group of patients with physical ability, social ability, mental health, emotional function and other aspects of quality of life were significantly better than the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: good community nursing intervention for patients with diabetes can significantly improve the compliance rate and the quality of life of patients, and has the value of clinical application and promotion. ?Chinese papers net
