老年糖尿病患者临床用药分析 【摘要】目的 老年糖尿病患者是一类特殊的慢病患者，结合该群体的临床特点，本文对老年糖尿病患者进行了临床用药分析，以期为老年糖尿病患者的临床用药能够提供更加合理的临床用药服务，使得老年糖尿病患者的病情能够得到更好的控制。方法 收集在2017年4月～2018年4月在我实习的同仁堂药店买药的老年糖尿病患者80人的信息，并进行跟踪分析。将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组人数均为40例。对观察组实施合理用药监测，对照组实行一般护理。在两个月后对两组患者的用药效果进行比较和分析。结果 患者出院两个月后，观察组患者在临床用药效果以及患者满意度上均优于对照组，其差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对老年糖尿病患者进行临床用药合理性分析，能有效降低患者用药的不良反应，提高患者的满意度。 【关键词】老年糖尿病患者；临床特点；用药分析 Clinical medication analysis of elderly diabetic patients [Abstract] Objective In elderly patients with diabetes patients is a special kind of slower, combined with the clinical characteristics of the community, this article analyzed the clinical medication in patients with senile diabetes, clinical medication for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus can provide more reasonable clinical medication service, makes the condition of elderly patients with diabetes can get better control. Methods The information of 80 elderly patients with diabetes who were hospitalized in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 was collected and followed up for clinical medication analysis. Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. Rational drug use monitoring was performed in observation group and general nursing was performed in control group. The effect of medication was compared and analyzed two months after discharge. Results Two months after discharge, the observation group was superior to the control group in clinical medication effect and patient satisfaction, with statistically significant differences (P 0.05).Conclusion The rational analysis of clinical medication for elderly diabetic patients can effectively reduce the adverse reactions of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients.
