REV. A 1 OF 13 Seal Pack Rebuilding and Needle Replacement Both a Seal Pack Rebuild Kit and Seal Pack Replacement Kit are available for the e2695 Separations Module. The Seal Pack Replacement Kit differs from the rebuild kit in that it includes the seal body with the high pressure seals already installed. The Seal Pack Rebuild Kit includes all parts to replace seals in the seal body and requires use of the seal insertion tool. Turn the e2695 Separations Module OFF and disconnect the power cord. 2. If present, remove the optional column heater or column heater/cooler by lifting it from its keyed ports, then disconnecting its cable from the rear of the separations module. 3. Remove the right side panel. 4. Cut and remove the tie wraps securing the needle wash lines and restrictor loop. 5. Disconnect the column fluid line between the injector assembly and the column. Insert two 5/16-inch open-end wrenches through the slot in the injector, then remove the sample loop (yellow tubing) fitting from the needle tee (Figure 1).
