摘 要 在21 世纪的今天，女性逐渐走向领导岗位，在社会企业的发展中脱颖而出。女性领导力不仅 与在职女性的领导能力、领导风格以及领导方式有关，也和女性在求职时对于工作岗位 的选择以及今后的职业发展有密不可分的联系。现如今，女性领导者在世界舞台上也发 挥着越来越重要的作用，女性的发言权也越来越具有权威性。她们的成功来源于女性自 身的职业优势以及对自身领导能力的不断提高。 但是她们的职业发展依旧面临着阻碍，无论是在传统观念、文化习俗，还是法律制 度、社会等因素都是她们面临的挑战。对于女性领导者职业发展问题的研究，在帮助女 性提升自身能力、促进企业稳定发展等多方面都有着重要的意义。对于女性来说要想取 得事业的成功，提升社会地位和价值，就要充分发挥自身的职业优势、提升自己的综合 素质、增强自信、提升领导力等。但是在现实中，许多客观的和主观的因素阻碍了女性 领导力的发展。本文探索了女性领导者职业发展受阻碍的因素，提出了几点提升女性领 导力与职业发展的对策。 关键词：领导力；职业发展；困境；对策 I Abstract Today in the 21st century, women gradually move to leadership positions and emerge in the development of social enterprises. Women s leadership is not only related to the leadership ability, leadership style and leadership style of working women, but also closely related to women s job selection and career development in the future. Nowadays, women leaders are also playing more and more important roles on the world stage, and women s voice is becoming more and more authoritative. Their success comes from women s own professional advantages and the continuous improvement of their leadership.
