NQ 公司供应链的内部控制研究 摘要 随着现代化企业的增多，西方国家对内部控制管理理念也越来越重视，在现 代社会中，这一理念已经成为了最为关键的一部分。本文以内部管控理念发展为 切入点，与这些年来国内外的相关研究成果相结合，分析对于公司内部来说其内 部管控制度的重要性，进而在理论方面对内部控制进行总结。接着，以公司供应 链的内控情况为切入点展开详细分析。深入剖析现代公司在内部控制上存在的弊 病，同时调查、分析其内部控制要素，对公司内部控制的长处、短处进行总结， 进而对企业的内部控制状况有更为全面的了解。最后研究了 NQ 公司的内部控制 制度，以内部控制理论为理论基础，借助文献法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，分析 NQ 企业供应链的内部控制状况，发现其存在的弊病，并针对其不足提出相应的 完善措施。 关键词 内部控制； NQ 企业；供应链 1 Abstract With the flourishing of modern enterprises, the concept of internal control management has been respected by the western countries, and gradually become an indispensable part of the current economic and social. In this paper, we start from the history of the internal control and the development of the domestic and foreign scholars in recent years, the research results from the construction of perfect internal control of the internal control theory. Then, from the perspective of the internal control of the enterprise supply chain. This paper makes an in-depth understanding of the deficiencies in the internal control of the Enterprise, and investigates and analyzes the internal control factors, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the internal control of the enterprise, and further dialysis the status of internal control. At last, taking the internal control of NQ Enterprise as the research object, according to the internal control theory, it adopts the methods of literature analysis, logic analysis and experience summarization.
