The product quality standards are shown in Attachment (1) stamped by both parties. 2. Party B shall provide Party A with the following valid documents: copies of Business License, Tax Registration Certificate, Certification Certificate, Quality Inspection Report and other relevant documents and conditions permitted by the state for Party Bs products to enter the market. 三、订货和交货 1、甲方按实际需求向乙方书面下达生产订单。 2、乙方按双方约定的质量标准和每一订单品种、规格、等级和数量为甲方定牌生产产品，并于甲方下达生产订单之日起30天内生产完毕。交货地点为甲方指定仓库。 Ordering and Delivery 1. Party A issues written production orders to Party B according to actual needs. 2. Party B shall produce Party As products according to the quality standards agreed by both parties and the varieties, specifications, grades and quantities of each order. The products shall be completed within 30 days from the date when Party A issues the production order. The place of delivery is the warehouse designated by Party A. 四、委托加工产品的验收 1、甲方派员在乙方工厂对委托加工产品进行初步验收。 2、客户对产品所提异议，乙方应协助甲方进行处理:若产品经判定为不符本合同双方约定质量标准，其责任由乙方负责。 3、乙方所交付委托加工产品的质量责任期限，应以该产品自甲方出卖给第三方之日起算3年。出卖之日以甲方开具发票之日为准。 Acceptance of Entrusted Processing Products 1.
