With the rapid growth of e-commerce, Chinas express delivery industry has also ushered in unprecedented prosperity. E-commerce will certainly lead to a new peak in the development of the express delivery industry, but the two are also mutually restrictive. Realizing the common progress of e-commerce and express delivery industry, reducing constraints and obtaining the maximum benefits, has become the focus of attention of major enterprises. This paper first discusses the basic theoretical framework of e-commerce logistics. On this basis, it studies the current e-commerce logistics in China. As a representative of the e-commerce field, JD.com has great influence. The status of logistics in the daily operation of JD.com is getting higher and higher. Choosing a reasonable logistics distribution mode is related to the survival and development of JD. Through the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Jingdongs existing logistics model, the paper puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the Jingdong logistics model.
