PAGE PAGE 18 高等教育自学考试毕业论文 题目：连锁经营超市物流配送现代化的研究 XX大学自学考试本科毕业论文 连锁经营超市物流配送现代化的研究以华联超市为例 摘要 连锁经营是市场经济条件下的必然产物，由于其规模效益，可以大大降低商品的进货成本，对于吸引消费者和扩大商品的市场份额起着很大作用，同时也是参与国际市场竞争的有效途径。但目前我国连锁经营超市在物流配送这一块跟国外发达国家相比，在信息化、物流技术、配送中心的科技含量等方面都存在明显的差距，因此提高我国连锁经营超市物流配送现代化水平，乃为当务之急。 首先对连锁经营的特证点进行了梳理和分析。然后着重研究了连锁经营超市要解决物流配送现代化问题的对策，接着以华联超市为对象进行实证分析，用以提高配送中心的调度效率及经济效益，能更好的实现物流配送现代化。最后结合我国连锁经营超市存在的问题，就加快其发展提出了一些建议。 关键词: 连锁超市: 物流配送; 共同配送  Research on the modernization of logistics distribution in chain supermarket - -- Take Hualian Supermarket distribution system as an example ABSTRACT Chain operation is the inevitable outcome of market economy. Because of its scale efficiency, it can greatly reduce the cost of goods purchase, play a great role in attracting consumers and expanding market share of commodities, and also an effective way to participate in international market competition. But at present the supermarket chain logistics distribution in our country this one with the developed countries, there is a clear gap in the aspect of information technology, logistics, distribution center of science and technology content, thus improving our country chain supermarket logistics distribution modernization level, is the urgent affairs. This article first discusses the advantages of chain management. And then focus on the Countermeasures of the supermarket chain logistics distribution modernization to solve the problem, and then to the Hualian Supermarket as the object for empirical analysis, to establish a special vehicle scheduling model of a distribution center, in order to improve the operation efficiency and economic benefit of the distribution center, to realize the logistics distribution modernization better. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to accelerate the development of Chinas chain supermarket.
