高等教育自学考试毕业论文 题目：企业物流外包风险与防范 企业物流外包风险与防范 摘要 自上个世纪八十年代以来，随着市场竞争的不断加剧和信息技术的快速发展，企业为了集中精力于核心业务、赢得竞争上的优势，正越来越多地外包物流、利用第三方物流提供的服务，并由此促进了物流市场的快速增长。随着 \t /_blank 全球经济一体化进程的加快、 \t /_blank 信息技术在物流领域的应用和发展，对一体化多渠道市场需求的增长和物流服务供应商服务能力的扩充和完善，物流业务外包服务逐步被社会认识、了解、认可和进一步采用。但与发达国家相比，我国企业整体物流成本居高不下，严重降低了我国企业的国际竞争力。而且，由于企业热衷于自建物流，不进行物流外包，还使得我国物流企业发展艰难。 关键词：物流外包 风险管理 风险防范 Enterprise logistics outsourcing and risk and prevention ABSTRACT Since the eighty s, with the deepening of market competition and the rapid development of information technology, enterprise in order to focus on core business, to win competitive advantage, are increasingly outsourcing logistics, the use of third-party logistics services, and thus promoted the rapid growth of the logistics market.
