As a matter of fact, the transformation of production mode will change the industrial space and the urban space. This paper constructs the theoretical framework of the Post-Fordist production mode on the characteristics of urban industrial space and structure change, then makes a case of Guangzhou clothing industry to explore its spatial pattern and structure base on the data of clothing enterprises in 2008 and 2018. The study finds that the spatial evolution characteristics of Guangzhous clothing industry are con- sistent with the characteristics of industrial spatial changes under the influence of Post-Fordism, the number of small and medium-sized clothing enterprises has increased rapidly ，various production sectors have spread from high concentration to networking, i.e., fa
