复旦学报（医学版）2022 Nov. ，49 （6 ） 997 Fudan Univ J Med Sci 外泌体在胆管细胞癌中的研究进展 慈鸿飞 贾户亮△ （复旦大学附属华山医院普外科 上海 200040 ） 【【摘要】】 胆管细胞癌（cholangiocarcinoma，CCA）是一种恶性程度较高，可发生于胆管树任何位置的实体肿瘤。 CCA由于症状不明显且进展迅速，往往发现时已处于进展阶段，即使及时手术，5年存活率也小于10%。因此寻找 CCA特异的生物标记物，早期筛查出CCA可疑人群十分必要。外泌体属于细胞外囊泡的一种亚型，能够被细胞分 泌出来，广泛分布于体液之中。由于外泌体包含有分泌细胞的某些特异物质，近年来作为潜在的生物标记物在肿 瘤的发生和转移领域被广泛关注。本文总结了外泌体在CCA中的研究进展，分析目前研究存在的问题，以期为后 续研究提供帮助。 【【关键词】】 胆管细胞癌（CCA）； 外泌体； 细胞外囊泡 【【中图分类号】】 R735.8 【【文献标志码】】 B doi ：10.3969/j.issn.1672-8467.2022.06.022 Research progress of exosomes in cholangiocarcinoma △ CI Hong-fei ，JIA Hu-liang （Department of General Surgery ，Huashan Hospital ，Fuadan University ，Shanghai 200040，China） 【【Abstract 】】 Cholangiocarcinoma （CCA）isahighlymalignantsolidtumorthatcanoccurinanypartofthe biliary tract. Because of its unobvious symptoms and rapid progress，CCA is usually diagnosed at the advancedstage.Evenifresectionisperformedintime，theoverallfive-yearsurvivalrateofpatientsisless than 10%.Therefore，findingspecificbiomarkersandearlyscreeningofCCA susceptiblepeoplearethe current top priorities.Exosome is a subtype of extracellular vesicles that can be secreted by cells and transferredwidespreadlyinbodyfluids.Becauseexosomescontainsomespecificcargossecretedbycells， theyhavebeenwidelyusedinthefieldoftumorigenesisandmetastasisasthebiomarkerinrecentyears.
