PAGE PAGE III 论自媒体监管的重要性 ——基于网络谣言的角度 摘要：随着自媒体时代的到来，信息的收集和传播达到了前所未有的规模和水平，但网络的“双刃剑”作用越来越明显。谣言也在网络风潮中层出不穷，令人困惑，而有害的网络谣言已成为构建文明和谐社会的“毒瘤”。网络谣言不仅会造成民众恐慌，扰乱社会安定，危害社会公共秩序，而且严重的会给公民和国家造成巨大损失。因此加强网络谣言的监管十分必要。本文从网络谣言的角度出发，探讨了网络谣言的影响和危害，阐述了自我媒体监督的重要性。最后，根据自媒体时代网络谣言的影响与危害，提出了自媒体时代网络谣言的监管策略，一是加强政府监管，二是加强多渠道辟谣和谣言预警建设，三是加强网络的自我净化，以促进社会和谐发展。 关键词：自媒体时代；网络谣言；传播；监管措施 Absrtact: With the advent of the era of self-media, the collection and dissemination of information has reached an unprecedented scale and level, but the role of the double-edged sword of the network has become more and more obvious. Rumors have also emerged in the network trend endlessly, confusing people, and harmful network rumors have become the cancer of building a civilized and harmonious society. Its consequences will cause social panic, disturb social public order, threaten social stability, and ultimately lead to great damage to the lives and property of citizens and the state, so network rumors are the type of rumors that must be paid attention to. Establishing prevention and emergency response system fundamentally and strengthening the punishment of network rumors are of great practical significance for our government to properly handle public crisis incidents and improve the level of government public management, as well as the inevitable demand for building a harmonious society. Based on the perspective of network rumors, this paper discusses the impact and harm of network rumors, and illustrates the importance of self-Media supervision. Finally, according to the causes of network rumors and the existing problems of government governance, this paper puts forward the supervision strategy of network rumors, assists the relevant government departments to control and prevent network rumors, in order to improve the government public management system and promote the harmonious development of our society.
