In order to effectively improve the quality of talent cultivation and solve the mismatch between the current situation of cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation in higher vocationa co eges and the talent requirements o£ the new business format, it is necessary to continuously promote the joint education mode of co ege-enterprise cooperation for integrating the cultivation mechanism of cross-border e-commerce talents. By building a diversified and co aborative talent training platform, combining with the teaching and learning mutua y reinforcing mode in terms o£ practica teaching, quality cultivation and self-study of students, and optimizing the evaluation mechanism of talent training effect, teacher conditions and practica teaching environment, we can improve the adaptability of cross-border e-commerce inter-disciplinary talents to industria development.
