西部地区农业信息资源的开发与利用 ——以盘县为例 摘要 随着信息化时代的推进，信息资源就显得尤为重要，农业信息资源作为我国信息资源的重要组成部分，是一种基础性的资源，在推动农业经济发展和现代农业信息化建设有重要的意义，农业是我国的基础产业，虽然在农业信息资源的开发与利用有一定的成就，但也存在诸多的问题。如何更好地将农业信息化以及信息资源的更好利用，实现信息资源服务于农业，农业回馈于信息的循坏模式，不断将信息资源的开发并且利用达到恰到好处，这些问题都需要去解决。本文选取西部地区为例进行农业信息资源开发利用调查，以其中的盘县为具体研究对象进行一系列详细的调查研究。本文先对本文研究背景以及研究意义进行介绍，随后对农业信息的相关概念进行介绍，介绍了农业信息资源的特点，其后则是对西部地区中的盘县的农业信息资源发展现状进行分析，通过农业信息资源开发与利用概况、农业信息资源发展的困境、农业信息资源发展的影响因素三方面进行分析，从而得出相关的其农业信息资源开发与利用方面所存在的问题：1.农业信息服务人才缺乏2.农业信息基础设施建设落后 3.农业信息资源分散且利用效率低下，并对应这些问题提出了相关的对策给予解决：1.加快西部地区信息网络基础设施建设2.更新思想观念，建立新的农业信息观3.加快西部地区农业信息化人才的培养4.发挥政府在西部地区农业信息资源建设中的重要作用。通过本文的研究希望对西部地区的农业信息利用与开发方面有积极的作用。 关键词：西部地区，盘县，农业信息资源，开发利用 Development and utilization of agricultural information resources in western China --taking Pan County as an example Abstract：With the advance of the information age, information resources appear especially important, agricultural information resources as an important part of our information resources, is a basic resource, in promoting agricultural economic development and modern agricultural information construction has important significance, agriculture is Chinas basic industry, Although there are some achievements in the development and utilization of agricultural information resources, there are many problems.
