The Belt and Road Initiative has played a positive role in promoting the construction of logistics systems in countries and regions along the routes. Therefore, how to correctly choose the most appropriate mode of transportation according to the actual characteristics of enterprises has become the actual subject faced by each enterprise at present, in order to improve the service quality of enterprises, and improve its overall strength. This paper briefly describes the development status of cross-border e-commerce logistics in the Belt and Road region, and analyzes the main logistics methods at present. From SWOT perspective, this paper analyzes the logistics model of our country, points out their advantages and disadvantages, and then puts forward the opportunities and challenges for development. F
