As the key foundation for the development of cross-border e-commerce industry, cross-border logistics has ushered in new challenges and opportunities in the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce; especially in the promotion of the current the Belt and Road Initiative, cross-border logistics industry is the focus of ensuring the stable growth of cross-border e-commerce industry. Based on this, this paper will focus on the research of the logistics model under China， s cross-border e-commerce industry chain, summarize the shortcomings of the current cross-border e-commerce logistics model, and then propose targeted development strategies to promote the sustainable development of China， s cross-border e-commerce industry.
