黑龙江省农村金融存在的问题与对策研究 摘要 本文主要分为四个章节，详细阐述了黑龙江农村金融发展的现状及其存在的问题分析，提出了推动黑龙江农村金融发展的对策与建议，为建立健全符合黑龙江省“三农”特点的农村金融发展体系提供参考。 第一章，主要介绍论文选题依据和研究意义。 第二章，对黑龙江农村金融发展的现状进行阐述。 第三章，分析了黑龙江省农村金融存在的问题，从农村金融服务体系、金融监管体系和农村民间金融三方面深度剖析了限制黑龙江省农村金融发展的原因。 第四章，针对上文黑龙江农村金融存在的问题，提出了完善农村金融服务体系、加强农村金融监管环境建设以及引导农村民间金融健康发展的对策。 关键词：黑龙江省；农村金融；金融扶贫；金融创新 Abstract This article mainly divides into four chapters, elaborated the Heilongjiang Rural Finance development present situation and the existent question analysis, proposed the promotion Heilongjiang rural finance development countermeasure and the suggestion, provides the reference for the establishment and the perfect conforms to the Heilongjiang province three agriculture characteristic rural financial development system.
