河北金融学院2018届本科毕业论文 PAGE 17 PAGE III 毕业论文中文摘要 招商银行手机银行使用意愿影响因素研究 ——基于问卷调查的分析 摘要： 手机上网资费的大幅下调和智能手机在全球范围的普及，给手机银行的发展带来了新的契机，宣告着手机银行时代的来临，国内各大商业银行都开始大力推广自己的手机银行业务。我国的手机银行业务经过了十几年的发展，现已进入初具规模的成长阶段，但是依然存在很多不足和问题。客户接受度和使用率不高就是制约我国手机银行发展的一个亟待解决的问题。本文首先介绍研究背景和国内外研究现状，接着概述手机银行相关概念，然后对招商银行手机银行使用现状调查，在技术接受模型的基础上研究，最后得出结果与分析。 关键词：招商银行手机银行；使用意愿；影响因素；技术接受模型 毕业论文外文摘要 Title Research on the influencing factors of the mobile banks willingness to use the mobile bank of China Merchants Bank ——Analysis based on questionnaire survey Abstract Mobile Internet rates slashed and the popularity of smart phones around the world, has brought new opportunities to the development of mobile banking, herald the coming of the era of mobile banking, the domestic each big commercial Banks have begun to vigorously promote their mobile banking.
