河北金融学院2016届本科毕业论文 PAGE 17 PAGE I 毕业论文中文摘要 河北小微企业融资 摘要：中国的民营经济开始全面发展以来，中国的小微企业大量出现，这些小微企业的出现一方面让整个市场的活跃度大幅度提升，让市场呈现出了一种快速发展的态势。同时这种小微企业凭借自己的灵活性不断的发展，也为国家提供了大量的税收从这一角度来看，小微企业的发展对于我国的发展是起到了积极的作用的。然而小微企业的发展并不是一帆风顺的，从当前的角度来看我国的资金对于实体经济并不看好，大量的资本纷纷涌入互联网等行业，这就使得小微企业陷入了一种“钱荒”的状态，市场经济的发展是资本运作的市场，其目的就是为了利润，从现阶段角度来看我国的融资市场已经发展的相对畸形。部分企业能够不断的获得融资，天使资金，A轮，B轮能够保证整个企业的资金链不间断，但是更多的企业则是得不到贷款，只能依靠高利贷等途径缓解资金压力，这样的后果就是这些企业背负了巨大的压力，甚至可能出现获得利润都不足以偿还高利贷的情况，从这一角度来看我国的融资市场发展是非常不均衡的。从全世界角度来看也是这样，资本对于更高的投资收益率以及更为安全的投资风险都是更为注重的，就目前来看我国的小微企业的融资情况可以用惨淡形容，一方是很多企业根本无法拿到融资，导致了整个发展受到诸多限制，根本无法实现快速发展。据不完全统计，2016年全国小微企业近90%的小微微企业融资需求无法得到有效满足，占中国企业总量90%的小型企业从银行贷款份额仅占15%，近30%的创业企业因资金短缺问题而导致创业失败。资金不足，“融资难，融资贵”是企业家创业失败的2号杀手。就目前来看小微企业融资问题已经成为了限制小微企业发展的最主要原因，而且这种影响也通过市场传递给了整个市场，当前我国的经济发展也因此受到了影响，因此想要解决这一问题需要我们作出巨大的调整和努力，本文就重点分析小微企业的融资问题以及解决小微企业融资难问题的相关方法。 关键词：小微企业；分类；融资 毕业论文外文摘要 Title Financing of small and micro enterprises in hebei province.
