保定银行人才引进战略研究 ——以保定银行为例 摘要 在世界经济一体化、全球竞争及知识经济的今天,人力资源己成为企业的核心基础资源,企业必须抓住优秀的人力资源,才能在激烈多变的市场竞争环境中获得相对优势、占据主导地位。随着金融业的开放化,商业银行面临的竞争环境也越来越复杂,伴随互联网金融、城镇银行等行业和机构发展对现代商业银行的冲击,人力资源的素质、能力以及管理水平已逐步成为制约商业银行自身发展的瓶颈,如何通过实施战略性的人力资源管理,促进银行的持续稳定发展、实现其战略发展目标,己经成为商业银行所面临的新课题、新挑战。人力资源的规划是人力资源管理过程中非常重要的一个环节,为了尽可能将合适的人才放置在合适的岗位上,令他们在合适的岗位上发挥出应有的价值,商业银行就必须制定尽可能科学合理的人力资源规划,以应对纷繁复杂的内外部环境变化,这不仅是关系到商业银行人才供求稳定的问题,更是商业银行长期战略目标得以实现的基础和前提。 本论文研究的技术思路为:首先对人力资源管理及规划有关文献进行阅读与研究,了解人力资源规划的主要理论、原则、基本流程,在此基础上,对保定银行经营管理现状进行调研,分析人力资源管理工作中存在的问题,在进行未来人力资源需求与供给预测的基础上,制定保定银行的人力资源规划方案,并为确保规划有效实施和推进设计相关保障措施。 关键词:商业银行;人才引进战略;保定银行;人力资源管理 Abstract In the World economic integration, global competition and knowledge-based economy today, human resources has become the core of enterprise resources, enterprises must seize the excellent human resources, in the fierce and changeable market competition environment to obtain comparative advantage, occupy the dominant position. With the opening of financial industry, the competition environment facing commercial banks is becoming more and more complex, with the impact of internet finance, urban banking and other industries and institutions on modern commercial banks, the quality, ability and management level of human resources have gradually become the bottleneck restricting the development of commercial banks, how to implement strategic human resource management , it has become a new subject and a new challenge for commercial banks to promote the sustainable and steady development of banks and realize their strategic development goals.
