Although international hot money has stimulated a countrys investment to promote economic development, it has pushed up the price of assets and led to the malignant inflation of the inflow country. If there is no profit in the field, a lot of hot money will bubble the virtual economy, which will have a serious impact on our capital, financial market and real economy. The real estate industry is closely related to the development of Chinas economy, and is a stimulus to stimulate the industry to drive economic growth. Therefore, based on the study of domestic scholars, this paper discusses the impact of international hot money flow on Chinas real estate market.
