Breast cancer artificial intelligence diagnosis technology is a relatively mature application of artificial intelligence technology in medical imaging. Through searching and analyzing the patent applications in the field of breast cancer artificial intelligence diagnosis technology, this paper evaluated the position of domestic innovation subjects in breast cancer artificial intelligence diagnosis from three aspects: the development trend analysis of breast cancer artificial intelligence diagnosis technology, the innovation subject analysis and the patent competition situation analysis, and reveals the competition form of innovation subjects in the field of breast cancer artificial intelligence diagnosis technology. It provides reference for the future technological development and patent layout of domestic innovation subjects.
