贵州财经大学本科生毕业论文（毕业设计） 贵州财经大学商务学院本科毕业论文（设计） PAGE II PAGE III 名创优品贵阳小河店供应链管理研究 摘要：零售行业一直是我国发展非常迅速的行业之一，而且零售行业有着非常庞大的现金流之一是各行各业所羡慕的对象，但是电子商务模式的出现不断的侵蚀着零售行业的市场，这就使得零售行业的发展变得举步维艰，深究其原因我们发现不仅是由于外部市场压力过大而使得零售行业的竞争力不强，还有部分原因是由于零售企业的成本更管理工作不到位而导致的，显然这对于零售企业的发展是非常不利的，本文着重分析了当前背景下名创优品贵阳市小河店供应链过程中存在的问题并有针对性的提出解决思路。希望能够将这些问题一一解决从而促进零售企业的发展。 关键词：名创优品贵阳小河店；供应链管理；成本管理 Research on supply chain management of guiyang xiaohe store Abstract：Retail industry has been one of Chinas industry is developing rapidly, and one of the retail industry has a large cash flow is the envy of all walks of life, but the emergence of electronic business model continuously eroding the market of the retail industry, making it difficult for making the development of the retail industry, the essential reason we found that the pressure is not only because of the external market and the competitiveness of the retail industry is not strong, and part of the reason is because of the retail enterprise cost management work does not reach the designated position caused, obviously this is very detrimental to the development of the retail enterprises, this paper analyzes the background of the merit goods to guiyang creek store the problems existing in the supply chain process and targeted solution is put forward.
