I.Introduction

ThisLaborContractismadeandenteredintobyandbetween[EmployerName]and[EmployeeName],hereinafterreferredtoastheContractingParties.TheContractingParties,inaccordancewiththeLaborLawofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaandotherrelevantlaws,regulationsandpolicies,agreetoestablishalaborrelationshipbasedonequality,voluntary,mutualbenefitandcommondevelopment.

II.EmploymentTerm

TheemploymenttermofthisContractshallbenolessthanthree(3)years.TheContractshallbeeffectivefromthedateofemploymentandshallterminateontheexpirationdateoftheterm.TheContractmaybeterminatedearlierbymutualagreementoftheContractingPartiesorbyunilateraldecisionoftheEmployerinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoflaws,regulationsandpolicies.

III.JobDescriptionandRequirements

TheEmployeeshallberesponsibleforthefollowingjobs:[JobDescription].TheEmployeeshallperformthedutiesfaithfullyanddiligently,andshallcomplywiththeregulationsandpoliciesoftheEmployer.TheEmployeeshallalsoacceptthesupervisionandmanagementoftheEmployer.

IV.WorkingConditionsandProtection

TheEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewithasafeandhealthyworkingenvironment,andshalltakemeasurestoprotecttheEmployeefromoccupationalhazards.TheEmployershallalsocomplywiththeprovisionsoflaws,regulationsandpoliciesconcerningworkinghours,overtimework,statutoryholidays,annualleave,sickleave,marriageleave,maternityleave,etc.

V.RemunerationandWelfare
