血压计检定过程中泄露水银收集处理方法

及装置效果分析

摘要：水银血压计是人体血压监测的主要设备，按要求每半年检定一次，检定和维修过程中，极易产生水银泄

露，对检定人员身体健康造成危害，对环境条件和水源土壤造成污染。本文采用循环水收集泄露水银，利用物理

沉淀法进行分离密封，利用化学反应法进行无害化处理，达到水银集中收集处理和循环水再利用的目的。按照收

集、沉淀、反应、储存、循环、集中处理等过程，研究岀一套快速收集、集中处理的装置，具有原理简单、易于操

作等特点，可有效避免对检定人员身体造成的危害，减少对环境、水质和土壤的污染，是一种行之有效的无害化

收集处理装置。

Abstract：Mercurysphygmomanometeristhemainequipmentformonitoringhumanbloodpressure.Itshould

becheckedeverysixmonthsaccordingtotherequirements.Inthecourseofverificationandmaintenance,itis

extremelyeasytoproducemercuryleakage,whicisharmfultothehealtoftheexaminers,causespollutionto

environmentalconditionsandsourcesoils.Inthispaper,theleakingmercuryiscollectedbycirculatingwater,

separatedandsealedbyphysicalprecipitationmethod,andtreatedinnocuouslybychemicalreactionmethod.

Accordingtotheprocessesofcollection,precipitation,reaction,storage,circulationandcentralizedtreatment,a

setofequipmentforrapidcollectionandcentralizedtreatmenthasbeendeveloped,theutilitymodelcaneffectively

avoidtheharmcausedtothepersonnel,reducethepollutiontotheenvironment,waterqualityandsoil,andisan

effectiveharmlesscollectingandprocessingdevice.
