高职信息技术类学生综合应用能力提优实践

摘要：随着国家“十四五”期间新一代信息技术相关产业的建设与发展，各领域对信息技术人才的需

求更加凸显。本文从高职院校信息技术人才培养现状出发，通过构建信息技术人才培养路径，

提出了如何为社会经济建设发展输送更加贴合岗位实际需求的信息技术人才，以使培养的信息

技术人才快速高效地融入企业的生产实际中，解决高职院校人才培养与企业用人需求脱节等问

题，从而进一步促进学生适应岗位需求。

Abstract:Withtheconstructionanddevelopmentofanewgenerationofinformationtechnologyrelatedindustries

duringthe14thFive-YearPlanperiod,thedemandforinformationtechnologytalentsinvariousfieldswillbemore

prominent.Basedonthecurrentsituationofinformationtechnologytalenttraininginhighervocationalcolleges,this

paperproposeshowtoprovideinformationtechnologytalentswhoaremoresuitablefortheactualneedsofpositionsfor

socialandeconomicconstructionanddevelopment,sothatthecultivatedinformationtechnologytalentscanbequickly

andefficientlyintegratedintotheproductionpracticeofenterprises,andsolvetheproblemssuchasthedisconnection

betweentalenttrainingofhighervocationalcollegesandemploymentneedsofenterprises,furtherpromotingstudentsto

adapttothejobrequirements.
