Article1:ServiceDescription

1.1ThePlatformagreestoprovidetheUserwithelectronictransactionservices(hereinafterreferredtoastheService)throughitsonlineplatform,facilitatingtheestablishmentoftransactionsbetweentheUserandotherpartieswithinthescopedefinedbythePlatformsrules.

1.2ThespecificscopeoftheServiceincludes[Describethenatureoftransactions,e.g.,thebuyingandsellingofgoods,provisionofservices,financialtransactions,etc.],conductedprimarilythroughtheonlinemediumprovidedbythePlatform.

Article2:TermofContract
