1.TheHouseholdRegisterhas?a?legalforce?toidentifythestatusofacitizenandtherelationshipoffamilymembers.Itisamainbasisforthehouseholdregistrationofficetomakeresidenceinvestigationandcheck.Whenthehouseholdregistrationofficemakesresidenceinvestigationandcheck,thehouseholderoranyoneofthefamilymembersshallbringforthonhis/herowninitiativetheHouseholdRegister.

2.TheHouseholdRegistershallbeunderproperkeepofthehouseholder.Noalter,transferandleaseisallowed.ThelossoftheHouseholdRegistermustbereportedtothehouseholdregistrationofficepromptly.

3.OnlythehouseholdregistrationofficehasthepowertomakeregistrationontheHouseholdRegister.Noanyotherunitsandindividualsareallowedtomakeanyrecordsonit.?

4.AnyincreaseordecreaseoffamilymembersinthehouseholdoranyalterationoftheregistrationitemsshallberegisteredontheHouseholdRegisterbyreportingtothehouseholdregistrationoffice.

5.Ifthewholefamilyhasmovedoutofthejurisdictionalareaoftheresidence,theHouseholdRegistershallbesubmittedtothehouseholdregistrationofficeforcancellation.
