BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性Bromodichloromethane(Dichlorobromomethane)是⼀种三卤甲烷，常见于氯化消毒的饮⽤⽔中，为消毒副

产物。Bromodichloromethane的溴化作⽤可使⾕胱⽢肽S-转移酶(GST)介导的转化产⽣致突变中间体。

Bromodichloromethane抑制⼈类胎盘滋养层细胞分化，降低了绒⽑膜促性腺激素(CG)分泌。

Bromodichloromethane具有潜在的⽣殖毒性和致癌性。
