BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性Broquinaldol是⼀种溴代喹啉，是强效的抗葡萄球菌剂。Broquinaldol也是⼀种Mn(II)离⼦载体，可⽤于合

成⾦属抗⽣素[1]。

体外研究Broquinaldol(compound1)againstStaphylococcusaureusandS.epidermidisstrainswithMICvaluesof

0.39-1.56μM.Broquinaldoliscapableofclearingestablishedmethicillin-resistantS.aureus,withanEC50

valueof2.6μM,andS.epidermidis(EC50=9.2μM)biofilmsincrystalvioletassays[1].
