动作电流的整定原则零序II段的动作电流应与相邻线路的零序Ⅰ段相配合。即躲过相邻线路（即BC线路）的零序Ⅰ段保护范围末端接地短路时，流过本保护的最大零序电流的计算值整定。Kb.min最小分支系数，等于相邻线路I段保护范围末端接地短路时，流经故障线路与被保护线路的零序电流之比的最小值。Kb.minminimumbranchcoefficientisequaltotheminimumvalueoftheratioofthezero-sequencecurrentflowingthroughthefaultlineandtheprotectedlinewhentheendoftheprotectionrangeofzoneIoftheadjacentlineisshort-circuitedtoground.可靠系数，一般取1.1～1.2。Thereliabilitycoefficientisgenerally1.1to1.2.即SettingprinciplesforoperatingcurrentTheoperatingcurrentofthezero-sequencezoneIIshouldmatchthezero-sequencezoneIoftheadjacentline.Thatis,whentheendofthezero-sequencezoneIprotectionrangeoftheadjacentline(i.e.BCline)isshort-circuitedtoground,thecalculatedvalueofthemaximumzero-sequencecurrentflowingthroughthisprotectionisset.
