新一代移动式航空加油装置的结构特点及前景

摘要：为了解决现有的航空加油模式存在的依赖于运输机场油料供应、加油量大但供应渠道有限、设备单一、固定式加油及设备维护困难等问题，研制出一款新一代移动式航空加油装置。该装置具有简单高效、轻便灵活、经济低碳等优点，进一步提升了移动式航空加油装置的性能。该装置主要包括平板车、上装作业系统、仪表及面板、电气系统、防爆电动搬运车、油桶搬运车等。通过在车架底部设置接油槽，并配合防爆电动搬运车的导向槽，利用插桶泵进行油料输送，经过滤分离器、流量计和重力加油枪的处理，最终实现了支撑搬运和加油的功能。试验验证表明，该装置有效提升了移动式航空加油装置的性能，可满足航空加油的实际需求。

Abstract:Inordertosolvetheproblemsoftheexistingaviationrefuelingmode,thatis,itdependsontheoilsupplyofthetransportairport,therefuelingquantityislargebutthesupplychannelislimited,theequipmentissingle,thefixedrefuelingandtheequipmentmaintenanceisdifficult,andsoon,anewgenerationofmobileaviationrefuelingdeviceissuccessfullydevelopedinthispaper.Thedevicehasmanyadvantages,suchassimpleandefficient,lightweightandflexible,economicalandlow-carbon,andfurtherimprovestheperformanceofthemobileaviationrefuelingdevicetomeettheneedsofaviationrefueling.Themaincomponentsofthedeviceincludeflatbedtruck,mountedoperatingsystem,instrumentandpanel,electricalsystem,explosion-proofelectrictruck,oildrumtruck,etc.Bysettingtheoilgrooveatthebottomoftheframe,andcooperatingwiththeguidegrooveoftheexplosion-proofelectriccarrier,theoilistransportedbythebarrelpump,andthefunctionofsupportingthehandlingandrefuelingisfinallyrealizedthroughthetreatmentofthefilt
