加氢装置腐蚀状况的停工检修与防护技术

摘要：文章针对加氢装置腐蚀状况的停工检修与防护技术展开了深入研究。以实际加氢装置停工检查项目为主要研究

对象，文章简要介绍了加氢装置的基本情况和腐蚀调查的对象，对装置的总体腐蚀情况进行全面检查，包括加热炉、塔

类装置以及反应器等，并分析了装置的主要腐蚀原因。在此基础之上，进一步针对不同腐蚀原因，提出了相应整治和防

护建议，如装置低温部位腐蚀处理、垢下腐蚀以及冲刷腐蚀等，强调了持续开展腐蚀监测和设备腐蚀档案管理的重要

性。此次研究结果不仅能够为加氢装置的安全稳定运行提供可靠保障和技术支持，还有助于充实相关理论技术研究内

容，推动相关技术发展。

Abstract:Inthispaper,theshutdownofhydrogenationunitcorrosionmaintenanceandprotectiontechnology,withtheactual

hydrogenationdeviceshutdowninspectionprojectasthemainresearchobject,brieflyintroducesthebasicsituationofthe

hydrogenationunitandtheobjectofcorrosioninvestigation,theoverallcorrosionofthedevice,includingheatingfurnace,tower

deviceandreactor,andanalyzesthemaincausesofcorrosionofthedevice.Onthisbasis,accordingtodifferentcorrosioncauses,

thecorrespondingremediationandprotectionsuggestionsareputforward,suchaslowtemperaturesitecorrosiontreatment,scale

corrosion,erosioncorrosion,etc.Theimportanceofcontinuouscorrosionmonitoringandequipmentcorrosionf ilemanagement

isemphasized.Theresultsofthisstudycannotonlyprovidereliableguaranteeandtechnicalsupportforthesafeandstable

operationofthehydrogenationunit,butalsohelptoenrichtherelevanttheoreticalandtechnicalresearchcontentandpromotethe

developmentofrelatedtechnologies.
