摘要：产教融合是推动职业教育高质量发展的重要路径，对于高职化工类专业而言尤为关键。化工行业作为国家支柱产

业，对技术技能型人才的需求不断增加，如何通过产教融合培养适应行业需求的高素质技术技能人才成为当前的重要

课题。然而，现阶段高职化工类专业的人才培养存在校企合作深度不足、课程体系与实践脱节、师资力量不均衡等问题。

基于此，文章通过协同课程设计、深化实践教学、创新教学方法以及健全评价机制，探索更高效的人才培养路径，不仅可

以提升学生的岗位适应能力，也为行业发展注入强大动力。

Abstract:Theintegrationofindustryandeducationisanimportantpathtopromotethehigh-qualitydevelopmentofvocational

education,especiallyforchemicalengineeringmajorsinhighervocationaleducation.Asapillarindustryofthecountry,thechemical

industryhasanincreasingdemandfortechnicalandskilledtalents.Howtocultivatehigh-qualitytechnicalandskilledtalentsthat

meettheindustry’sneedsthroughtheintegrationofindustryandeducationhasbecomeanimportantissueatpresent.However,at

present,thereareproblemsinthetalentcultivationofchemicalengineeringmajorsinvocationalcolleges,suchasinsufficientdepth

ofschoolenterprisecooperation,disconnectionbetweencurriculumsystemandpractice,anduneventeachingstaff.Basedonthis,

throughcollaborativecurriculumdesign,deepeningpracticalteaching,innovatingteachingmethods,andimprovingevaluation

mechanisms,exploringmoreefficienttalentcultivationpathscannotonlyenhancestudents’jobadaptability,butalsoinjectstrong

impetusintoindustrydevelopment.
