脱硫吸收塔托盘结垢、堵塞的分析及预防

摘要：为了研究某燃煤电厂脱硫吸收塔托盘结垢、堵塞的成因，文章结合对托盘垢的宏观形貌、化学成分与机组运行参

数等方面进行了综合分析。结果表明，单台浆液循环泵运行造成实际的液气比偏低，与脱硫入口烟气温度较高双重叠加

效应导致脱硫吸收塔托盘表面形成了大量的硫酸钙垢。针对上述问题，从入厂脱硫剂的质量控制、运行控制管理、设备

维护管理方面提出了防范措施。在后续的机组运行过程中脱硫吸收塔托盘结垢、堵塞得到了显著改善和有效控制。

Abstract:Inordertostudythecausesofpalletscalingandblockageofdesulfurizationabsorberinacoal-firedpowerplant,a

comprehensiveanalysiswascarriedoutonthemacroscopicmorphologyinspection,chemicalcompositionanalysisofpalletscale

andunitoperationparameters.Theresultsshowthattheoperationofasingleslurrycirculatingpumpresultsinalowactualratioof

liquidtogas,andthedoublesuperpositioneffectwiththehighfluegastemperatureatthedesulfurizationinletleadstotheformation

ofalargeamountofcalciumsulfatescaleonthepalletsurfaceofthedesulfurizationabsorber.Inviewoftheaboveproblems,the

preventivemeasuresareputforwardfromqualitycontrolofincomingdesulfurizer,operationcontrolmanagementandequipment

maintenancemanagement.Duringthesubsequentoperationoftheunit,thescalingandblockageofthepalletofthedesulfurization

absorberhavebeensignificantlyimprovedandeffectivelycontrolled.
