Abstract:ConfocalRamanspectroscopy（CRS）isanewanalyticaltechnologyinthefieldofpercutaneousabsorption,

whichenablesphysiologyanalysistoobtaininformationonthemolecularcompositionandstructureoftheskin.Due

totheadvantagesofhighspatialresolution,non-invasiveandnon-pretreatmentofsamplecomparedtoconventional

methods,CRSpossessesgreatpotentialtobecomeastandardizedlaboratoryanalyticaltechnique.Currently,the

developmentandapplicationofCRSisstillinastageofimprovement.Thisreviewfocusesonelucidatingtheprinciples
