企业新型学徒制培育学徒工匠精神的实践和探索

——以泰安市汽车及零部件产业链部分企业为例

摘要：工匠精神是工业制造的灵魂，工匠精神有助于学徒自我价值实现，当代中国制造呼吁工匠精神的回归[1]。

文章基于企业新型学徒制企校双导师联合培养模式下学徒工匠精神培育的现状调查，以学徒工匠精神

的认知、认同、培育为主线，分析学徒年龄、学历、专业对口程度、开设课程、企业文化等对学徒工

匠精神培养养成的影响，探索适应学徒个性特点的工匠精神培育养成路径和方法。
