汽车睡眠头枕结构设计及试验探讨

摘要：本文通过对某自主品牌纯电动汽车的一种汽车座椅睡眠头枕结构设计及试验的分析。根据《GB11550-

2009汽车座椅头枕强度要求和试验方法》1、《GB15083-2019汽车座椅、座椅固定装置及头枕强度要求

和试验方法》2、C-NCAP(中国新车评价规程)鞭打试验和相关性能试验验证，在满足相关标准法规的前

提下，睡眠头枕增加的“睡眠”部分装置（睡眠侧翼）给乘客提供了对头部安全保护（用于限制乘员部相
