汽车EDR数据在保险事故调查中应用

摘要：受宏观经济环境影响，新能源车市场销量快速攀升和传统燃油车市场快速萎缩，传统燃油二手车快速

贬值，车辆保险金额与实际价值出现严重背离，形成了车险诈骗的成本低廉而获利空间巨大的客观事

实，导致近年来车辆保险欺诈案件高发，并呈现“多样化、专业化、团伙化、跨区域”特征。随着汽

车EDR系统配备普及和相应的读取设备推广应用，基于EDR数据分析鉴定逐渐成为事故调查的重要

手段。本文主要通过对汽车EDR介绍及保险事故案例分析，探讨汽车EDR数据在保险事故调查中的

应用。
