BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性Mazapertine是⼀种具有⼝服活性的抗精神病药物。Mazapertine可拮抗多巴胺D2/3/4受体(Ki值⼩于3

nM)，还可与⾎清素5-HT1A受体(Ki=1.7nM)和α1肾上腺素受体结合(Ki=1.3nM)。Mazapertine可⽤于神
