BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性MEK-IN-7(compoundWX086)是⼀种强效且⼝服有效、选择性的MEK抑制剂(MEK1IC50=29.62nM)。

MEK-IN-7可抑制HT29和A375细胞增殖，IC50值分别为0.62nM和0.40nM。MEK-IN-7可抑制HL-29异种

移植⼩⿏模型中的肿瘤⽣长。MEK-IN-7可⽤于⿊⾊素瘤和结肠癌的研究[1]。
