某高校大学生水痘流行病学分析及防控措施

【摘要】目的 分析某高校大学生水痘流行病学分析及防控措施。方法 对2012年1月至2023年12月某高校大学生水痘病历资

料进行汇总，并进行描述性流行病学分析，包括流行性别分布、时间分布、疫苗接种分布、年级分布等。结果 某高校2012年

至2023年水痘病例共28例，2021年患病例数最多（7例），其次为2013年（6例），而2023年无发病例数；根据某高校2012至

2023年水痘患病数据显示，专一、专三学生水痘患病病例数最多，占比分别为28.57%、32.14%，而专二学生水痘病例较少，占

比为21.43%，其他年级的病例占比为17.86%；大学生水痘发病例数最多的月份为11月份，患病例数占21.43%，其次为3月份，

患病例数占17.86%；某高校2012至2023年大学生水痘发生病例中，均为女性，占全部病例的100.00%；水痘疫苗接种占比为

53.57%，未接种水痘疫苗占比为46.43%。结论 高校专一、专三学生为水痘高发人群，在冬春季节高发，防控中心应以大学新生

作为水痘疫情防控的重心，控制大学校园内水痘的流行，保障大学生群体健康。
