BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性NSD2-PWWP1-IN-5(Compound13)是⼀种有效的NSD2-PWWP1抑制剂，其Kd为78nM。NSD2-PWWP1-

IN-5竞争性阻断NSD2-PWWP1对H3K36me2和DNA的识别，从⽽削弱了其与核⼩体的结合能⼒。NSD2-

PWWP1-IN-5抑制U2OS⾻⾁瘤细胞增殖，并诱导其细胞周期阻滞和凋亡(apoptosis)。NSD2-PWWP1-IN-5可

⽤于研究⾻⾁瘤。
