某灌区续建配套与改造中信息化建设现状及需求分析

摘要：从灌区信息化建设的现状出发，对目前存在的问题、灌区建设的需求进行分析，提出了某灌区信息化

建设的具体内容。目前，较为完善的灌区信息化建设主要包括立体感知、自动控制、智能应用、主动服务以及

支撑保障等5大体系，通过5大体系建设，实现灌区水资源管理、取用水管理、运行管理、水利工程管理、防

汛减灾管理、水生态水文化建设的智能化处理和人工辅助决策。

Abstract:Startingfromthecurrentsituationofinformationconstructioninirrigationareas,thispaperanalyzesthe

existingproblemsandtheneedsofirrigationareaconstruction,andproposesthespecificcontentofinformation

constructioninacertainirrigationarea.Atpresent,therelativelycompleteinformationizationconstruction

ofirrigationareasmainlyincludesfivesystems:three-dimensionalperception,automaticcontrol,intelligent

application,activeservice,andsupportguarantee.Throughtheconstructionoffivemajorsystems,intelligent

processingandartificialdecision-makingcanbeachievedforwaterresourcemanagement,waterintakeanduse

management,operationmanagement,waterconservancyengineeringmanagement,floodpreventionanddisaster

reductionmanagement,andwaterecologicalandculturalconstructioninirrigationareas.
