“十三五”至“十四五”时期北京市医疗卫生资源供给水

平及其时空演变分析

【摘要】目的：探究“十三五”至“十四五”期间，北京市医疗卫生资源供给水平及其时空演变特征，以期为

未来规划制定提供参考。方法：基于公共服务人口辐射模型测算北京市各区各年份辐射人口数，基于文献选

取相关指标，运用改进的CRITIC-熵权法测算各医疗卫生机构供给水平，进一步形成基于人口密度加权后的

每十万辐射人口医疗卫生资源供给水平，并通过基尼系数与莫兰指数分析其时空分布均衡性。结果：“十三

五”至“十四五”期间，北京市医疗卫生资源供给水平整体呈增长趋势，核心区域出现小幅下降，城市副中心增

速显著，区域间差异不断缩小，且供给水平的空间全局莫兰指数均大于0，呈现空间正相关关系。结论：北京市

非首都功能疏解效果显著，但远郊改善幅度较缓，未来需强化跨区协同，引入互联网问诊等技术创新，推动北

京市医疗卫生资源供给向更适应群众健康需求的均衡结构转型。
